Our twist on the classic kardemummabullar and a perfect complement to our cinnamon bun. A soft, spice-infused dough, filled with butter and cardamom sugar. Finished with a vanilla demerara syrup and topped with pearled sugar. PERFECT with coffee.

Sourdough Loaf

Flour, water, salt, levain. That is all that it’s in our 900 gram Sourdough Loaf. Gently mixed and long fermented gives you a light sour, a crusty exterior and a soft and pleasantly spongey interior. Store in a paper bag or portion and toss in the freezer.
